November 07, 2013. I've been so busy.moving jobs, moving houses, moving cities, new trucks, changing jobs again.and on, and on, and on. It's no excuse but this is why I've not been able to post here in over a year. I'm going to make a conscious effort to do a better job, to set aside time for this blog because of how important it is to me to pass this information on. Wednesday, October 16, 2013. Yesterday was J.T.'s 8th birthday and I can hardly believe it. We spend Sunday at the Science Museum and Planetarium to celebrate. The kid LOVES space! On Tuesday, after hockey practice, we hosted his Mission team, and a few other hockey friends, for some pizza and cake. It was a great time and nice to spend time with the amazing friends we have made over the last 8 years. Here are a few pictures and video of the big birthday! Planetarium and Science Center.

So, last night, the Stevens family participated in their 3rd annual "Light the Night" at our house.we really struggled for awhile in our married life to figure out how we feel about Halloween and what we want our kids to get out of it. So, after listening to how lots of other people had done it and praying alot, we decided to try this idea of "Light the Night". November 1, 2008 at 3:31 PM. What an awesome way to be "Jesus with skin on" to your "neighbors"!

Living in AWE. . . Monday, July 27, 2009. Brains vc. Brawn. Lately I've been struggling with the fact that my kids are growing up as "city kids" - complete with the attitudes of city kids. Now don't get me wrong, my kids are fantastic. Thursday, August 25, 2011. Ok Ok Ok.I'm really going to try to do better! Several people have mentioned to me lately that I haven't done a very good job of keeping up with my blog. WELL, they are correct! It hasn't been quite three months, but what can I say? My excuses have been, but are not limited to:. Family reunions x 2 (back to back weekends). Vacation Bible School for Molly. Diva Camp for Molly. Tennis lessons for Molly. Swimming lessons for Molly, Sam and Stella. Trip to see friends near Dallas.
