My nightmare was a wakeup call. Sometimes I have nightmares. It is where my greatest fears, longings, and truths are held; it is where my subconscious works out the kinks and I, somehow, force myself to face my demons. I am so used to change. I have taken the liberty to initiate my own change before it came to me. Much of it was out of self preservation and desperately wanting to create a path of my own choosing; foolish when I was younger, now wise because I have more patience and fortitude.
