Because life's to short for boring food. March 4, 2015. March 12, 2015. A few days ago, i went Tojo’s! For those of you who don’t who Hidekazu. Is, he is a world class sushi chef. He owns restaurants in Japan, Vancouver, BC and California. Tojo has been credited in created rolls such as the California roll and B.C roll.
