If you are feeling rather indulgent (about your waistline) and do not have much time to prepare a dish, this is perfect for you. (washing up is minimal too). Potatoes (depends on how many pax is eating, I only made with 3 regular sized potatoes). Sliced it with a multi-purpose slicer. Bake it for 40 mins at 190 degrees.

All purpose flour/plain flour. Herbs (mixed or whatever you have). Oil (grapeseed oil ones if you are health conscious). 1Clean squid- remove the inside, peel of the purplish skin. 2 Cut squid into rings. 1 Heat oil in wok ( I don't use alot of oil, I basically shallow fry it). 2 Throw the squid into flour. DO NOT ADD WATER INTO FLOUR.

I thought my first recipe should celebrate the rabbit in me. My mom came up with this recipe - it's easy and amazingly taste like carrot cake minus the carbo!
