Antologia de las Recetas. Quinta-feira, 30 de junho de 2011. Esta es la receta del Condimento Cajún, característico de la cocina de Louisiana, Sur de los Estados Unidos. Es muy sencillo de preparar y con ingredientes fáciles de conseguir. 2 1/2 cucharadas de páprika. 2 cucharadas soperas de sal. 2 cucharadas de ajo en polvo. 1 cucharada de pimienta de cayena. 1 cucharada de pimienta negra. 1 cucharada de orégano deshidratado. 1 cucharada de tomillo seco.
