We had a catering this week and for the dessert we wanted to spice it up literally. The theme was Tex-Mex. We added cinnamon to the brownie and placed a mini praline on top. We served Deviled Eggs,. Cheese Platters with Salami, Olives, Grape Tomatoes and Crackers. Ceviche with Blue Corn Tortilla Chips. An Old Fashion Bar. And Fondue. We has a cheese and Meat fondue set up. The Meat served was beef tenderloin, pork tenderloin, shrimp, scallops, and tuna. This is how we plate it!

We paired this meal with rice pilaf and sautéed spinach. When we have clients that want one portion we plate the meal together in a Pyrex container.
