As a chef, I have mulitiples of many things…mostly due to British Airways losing 2 suitcases full of my equipment and it then showing up 8 weeks later after I had replaced everything. I could probably open couple of restaurants with the amount of stuff I have in my kitchen! Santuko knife- preferably of japanese sushi grade quality.

INGREDIENTI PER 4 PERSONE. 1 kg di scampi. 500 gr di tonnarelli freschi. 200 gr di pomodorini maturi. 1 bel mazzo di basilico. 6 cucchiai di olio extra vergine di oliva 4 cucchiai da usare a crudo. Decorare con lo scampo intero e qualche cimetta di basilico. Ingredienti per 4 persone.
