http://knagarajan.blogspot.com/2011/02/of-kings-freedom-fighters-and.html
Sunday, February 27, 2011. Of kings, freedom fighters and childhoods. I have not known a childhood without ACK. So for me, it has been a grand parent, an encyclopedia, a friend and an oracle, all rolled into one! Those pages always had a way of breaking down profound revolutions, complex epics and mythological mysteries into simple rectangles of conversations that you would always understand and always remember. Are you listening, India Book House? It was only when news of Uncle Pai's death. The tales we...

Filter Coffee: November 2010
http://knagarajan.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 5, 2010. The coffee had just hit its spot when the public address system announced the departure of my flight. Gate 12. This means I have about eleven minutes before they closed the gate. A five minute walk to the gate means I have another six for the 'breakfast'. I begin to work my plate. Two of life's greatest mysteries:. 1 How the chefs in Jet lounges across the country, manage to make the most wonderful coconut chutneys, but just cannot make a single soft idli. A couple of cabin-crew...

Morsels: Gobhi Paratha
http://fundufoodie.blogspot.com/2009/12/gobhi-paratha.html
Thursday, December 31, 2009. Usually the gobhi(cauliflower) paratha stuffing is precooked. In this method I have just made a stuffing of un-cooked gobhi. The gobhi stuffing gets cooked inside the paratha and gives a different aroma as well as a delightful crunch. It tastes simply delicious :). 1 Gobhi 1/2 flower. 2 1 green chili. 1 1 tsp dhaniya powder. 2 1/2 tsp garam masala. 3 1 tsp roasted cummin poder (bhuna jeera masala). Friday, April 13, 2012. I checked today’s date and I realized that I have been blogging for six years now. Really? Has it been six years? I can’t believe that I am still doing something without being bored. I do not blog as often as I think I want to write, but I try to find some time as much as I can. Sometimes fear of how the post will be perceived is also a reason to hold back on writing some posts. Here is a small gyan from today’s email:. The Supreme has made everyone a reflection of itself. Be fear...

Friday, April 10, 2015. Today is a Gift. It has been very long time since I blogged. I do not want to give the typical excuse that I was very busy and had no time. The truth is my priorities changed and wanted to stay away from blogging for some time. It is still so fresh in my memory about how and when I started blogging. Yes, it has been 9 years since I started blogging and here I am trying to get back to blogging and revive this space. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 8221; – Steve Jobs. Today is a Gift.
