Getting To Know Chef Carlos. From Philadelphia, Carlos left the United States to study in Europe. He traveled Spain working in some of Spain’s most prestigious restaurants. He would spend the better part of one year traveling and working in Spain before returning to Boston, Massachusetts where he would work as Sous Chef. During his two years in Boston, Carlos reached full stride as he was now responsible for the entire kitchen and its day to day operations. Where are you now?
