One - 8.7oz Ortia Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip - I used the Cucumber Dill Feta. 1/3 cup chopped scallions. 3 TBSP Grated Parmesan cheese. Finely chopped fresh curly parsley - optional. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon into the tomatoes. Refrigerate for several hours.
