Fort Worth Food and Wine Festival. Chef Evan Faris was invited to be a guest chef at the Desserts After Dark event at the annual Fort Worth Food and Wine Festival. A select group of chefs and local restaurants were invited to prepare desserts for sampling at this highly attended event.
