This is my new favorite bread recipe! 6 cups hot water. 2 cups 9 grain cerial. 1 cup sunflower seed (cracked if desired). 1/4 cup flax seeds ground. 2 cups high gluten white flour or 1/2 cup vital wheat gluten. 2/3 cup honey or molasses or half of each* *. 2/3 cup oil (olive oil). 2 tablespoons real salt. 3 tablespoons saf instant yeast. 3 tablespoons dough enhancer (add last 2 min. of kneading process) ( I didn't use this). I use Xagave and Molasses.
