Almond Joy is essentially a few little nuts and 99% junk. So we took a stab. I started with 8 oz. of raw cashews. I soaked them in 1.5 cups of pasteurized egg whites for two hours. Chopped. 1 cup roasted salted Cashews. 1 rutabaga, peeled, cut into small pieces and poached in salted water until tender. 1 teaspoon toasted Sesame oil. 1/3 cup Hoisin sauce.
