Duck and Chicken Liver Pâté. Time: 20 minutes, plus 2 days to soak and set. Serves 12. Duck and Chicken Liver Pâté sounds luxurious and is definitely decadent but livers are reasonably cheap and it’s so easy to cook them in the Thermomix.
