Cooking With Derby Chef. Friday, December 20, 2013. 6 oz of cranberries, fresh/frozen. 1 ¼ quarts of water. 1 cup of orange juice. 189; cup of sugar. 2 tbsp of honey. 189; cup of pineapple juice. 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Add water and cranberries into a large pot; bring to a boil until the cranberries start popping. Add remaining ingredients, stir until sugar is melted. Bring mixture back to boil and boil until mixture starts to froth then reduce heat to simmer for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
