Friday, March 22, 2013. Could someone answer me this? The Joesph Company owns a bunch of rental property behind Lowe's. There are some signs up saying that there's going to be a public meeting about the request to rezone some of the properties for the building of, I believe, an apartment building. The weird thing is that they've already demolished some houses that are on the proposed rezoning site. Why would they destroy rental property if they weren't already sure they'll get the rezoning?
