Recipe makes a pint). 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1/3 cup Olive oil. 1 cup sunflower oil. 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice or white wine vinegar. Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste. Combine the egg and mustard in a food processed. Mix until evenly combined. With the processor still running slowly stream in the oil until completely combined. Add the lemon juice or vinegar and pulse until smooth.
