Dijon mustard. 1 tbsp. honey. 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper. 1 tbsp. chile powder. 1 tbsp. ground paprika. 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce. 4-6 8 oz. uniform salmon filets. 1 Finely chop red onions and garlic. Perfect for a summer evening! 4 oz whipped cream cheese. 1 tsp finely minced garlic. Pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. 12 thin slices of prosciutto (cut crosswise into halves). 24 asparagus spears (cut into 4 , lightly cooked). 1 Combine whipped cream cheese with garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle with some reduced balsamic vinegar for an extra punch of flavor.

Fresh ground pepper to taste. 1 In a bowl, add your olive oil first. 2 Then whisk in your vinegar. 3 Then whisk in your pomegranate molasses. 4 Whisk in the dark brown sugar. 5 Salt and pepper to taste.
