Beatitudine is the Italian word for bliss. Bliss, to me, is simple goodness, and this creation is not only easy but delicious and healthy. 10 oz zucchini, sliced about 1/2 thick. 6 oz canned diced tomatoes. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (dried basil and oregano mix). 2 oz parmesan cheese.

Chef maharaja's delectible delights. 1 tbsp Butter or 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 lb Spinach leaves. 1 small Onion, sliced. 2 tbsp Chopped garlic. 1 tsp Garam masala. Personally, I love me some spinach. However, If you want to even out the spinach taste, place this over rice or potato. Substitute 2 tbsp water for the butter. Onions wont caramelize but should be soft.
