At 52 I am now getting back to some healthier choices but I will still make those high calorie yummy dishes once in a while. Not to say these healthier dishes are not good; this one for example is amazingly good. A great breakfast treat or part of your mid afternoon pre or post workout meal. Note: No pie shell required.
