Mexilhões limpos 100 gr. Vinho branco 1 taça. Caldo de carne, ave ou pescado ou o caldo do mexilhões 1 taça. As e pimenta a gosto. Páprica doce 1 colher de café. Modo de preparo :. Farinha de trigo para salpicar no lombinho, 1 colher de sopa cheio. Coentro ou salsinha para finalizar. Temperar o lombinho e polvilhar a farinha.
