Mi objetivo: aprender a cocinar. Te apuntas? Lo Pruebo Y Te Lo Digo. Pochas a la navarra (receta tradicional y Fussioncook). El otoño es tiempo de tomarse unas legumbres calentit@ en casa. Y si es con verduritas y sin mucha grasa, mejor que mejor. Así que se me ha ocurrido ponerme con estas pochas de Navarra. La receta original la he tomado (un poco modificada) del mítico Karlos Arguiñano. Ingredientes (para 4 personas):. 8211; 1 kg. de judías blancas de las chiquitas (ni judiones). 8211; 1 zanahoria.
