Chef Shaun Returns To School. Our chef, Shaun Mason, has been working with children at South Witham Community Primary School as part of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts' Chefs Adopt a School scheme. Shaun is a former pupil at the school. He went on to work for Rick Stein and for several years was a chef at the Royal Household, where highlights included cooking for the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton, now the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
