Sundried Tomato, Mascarpone and Caramelised onion Puff Pastry Pie. PREP TIME: 10 min COOKING TIME: 15 min. SERVES: 4 PAIRING: Great with glass of deep red wine. 1 roll ready-made puff pastry (the savoury ones work particularly well). 1 packet of sundried tomatoes (preferably in olive oil, otherwise soaked in boiling water). 1 jar caramelised balsamic onion. 1 tub of Mascarpone cheese. Preheat the oven to 220 C. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly browned. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
