Easy Easter Semi Freddo. Sometimes there is just not enough time in the day. This weekend is Easter and we are headed up to my parents. We are slammed with work up until the second we leave and I know that I'm just not going to have time to make a complicated Easter dish. So I'm going easy. I'm making the easiest dessert ever. 1 cup of your favorite yogurt. 2/3 cup Reddi-wip (I like the extra creamy! 1/3 cup almond milk (or whatever milk you like). 1 Blend all ingredients together. 2 Pour in a loaf pan.

I have a pot of coffee brewing, just enjoyed an orange, and am thinking of having some oatmeal. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it is beautiful out.
