Thursday, April 29, 2010. He answered most of the time. He was suffering from severe headaches, siezures, and was losing some of his ability to control his body and yet he was truely happy most of the time. I honestly don't remember hearing him complain. I am lucky to have had such a great example. 2 Timothy 4: 6-9. What a beautiful tribute to your dad. He was a good man and a wonderful example- I know my dad had a lot of respect for him. Friday, December 25, 2009. So first things first.On the 11th day of Christmas the kids got piping hot candy cane hot chocolate and I got a purse/bag! And on the 12th day of Christmas I got a new James Christensen calendar (I have 2 others from years past just waiting to have pictures removed and framed. I'm not sure he knows the pandora's box he has opened by me having these calendars! Monday, February 15, 2010. What a difference 2 weeks can make! I had surgery as planned 2 weeks ago. Then many events transpired that were not so planned. I'm so grateful to be feeling so much better now. The doctors decided they needed to force fluids to try to get my blood pressure up. At one point, Robert said my blood pressure dropped to where the top number was only in the 40's. They put in a second IV and a femural line. I remember the central line! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Saturday, November 1, 2008. Heather and Ethan came up from Utah for the weekend and I got to see Ethan for awhile on Friday. He came to the school and did some trick or treating and then spent some time with Grandma Betty and Uncle Bill before he left to spend a couple of weeks with his dad.
