http://peacockpostings.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 27, 2013. Happy Birthday Linaya Lou. Okay, don't be confused by the title. Her name IS Linaya Jean. Just for some reason Lou or Lou-Lou is her adopted nickname. Anyway, MISS LINAYA celebrated her 1st birthday on October 23rd. First, by eating one really giant pancake. She is the HAPPIEST child! Adelia gave her the spinny Minnie Mouse she got from Disneyland. (because it was her souvenir, she only gets to PARTLY give it to her sister). Our Primary is so amazing. and SO AMBITIOUS! I was...

Peacock Postings 2013: Anniversary Surprise
http://peacockpostings.blogspot.com/2014/11/anniversary-surprise.html
Monday, November 24, 2014. Tianna is our official holiday decorator and party enthusiast. She also still feels bad that our wedding anniversary last year fell on the same day of her tonsillectomy so our celebration was limited to breakfast at the hospital :). She is so incredibly sweet! That night we went had an early, pre-Les-Mis-rehearsal date to dinner at a local place in Santaquin, Brumby's (SO YUMMY) and then bowling. Luke beat me. But I still love him ;). It's been 9 spectacular years! The Adventur...

Adventures with Boomba: January 2011
http://boombaproject.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 30, 2011. As I have alluded to in other posts, I really like being organized. :) There is something about seeing a group of items neatly organized that warms my soul. Plus, being organized makes it a lot easier for me to be clean. How is this not a win-win? The first organization project was in my closet. I have accumulated a collection of purses and needed to me able to find a way to more beautifully store them in my closet. What? That's never and issue is it? Posted by The Mac. Sometime...

http://peacockpostings.blogspot.com/2014/11/june.html
Sunday, November 23, 2014. Wowza, I have been so bad at blogging this year! I'm quite certain no one reads it anymore. but I love getting my books printed and keep it as our family journal. Therefore, I must get caught up. And I must do it quickly. So be prepared for some quick updating. June in a nutshell (hard to think about June when it's snow weather) But here it is:. In June we celebrated Adelia's 5th birthday! We also celebrated the double wedding of Luke's sisters, Laura and Courtney. We were assi...

Peacock Postings 2013: Chihiro Mashida
http://peacockpostings.blogspot.com/2014/11/chihiro-mashida.html
Monday, November 24, 2014. We did something crazy, spontaneous, and 100% worth it. Some kid was going around the neighborhood asking people if they were interested in hosting a Japanese exchange student for 3 weeks this summer. For some strange reason I said I was. Before we knew it we were signed up, and had a 14 year old Japanese girl headed to our home. Her name is Chihiro Mashida from the country side of Tokyo, Japan. I am not saying it wasn't hard though. It was! July 22, 14: Day One. Not sure she w...

Peacock Postings 2013: Swimming Lessons
http://peacockpostings.blogspot.com/2014/11/swimming-lessons.html
Monday, November 24, 2014. June also meant swimming lessons. I discovered a home swimming pool in Santaquin and LOVED it. It was a little small for getting a real feel of what swimming across a lap pool would be like (for future) but for beginning and intermediate swimmers, it was amazing! This was Adelia's first time being old enough for lessons. She did great! But it sure was chilly the week we had lessons. (rainy and chilly at 8:00 am! Definitely doing lessons there again! Posted by Luke and Mary.

Peacock Postings 2013: December 2013
http://peacockpostings.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 17, 2013. Christmas fun in SLC. Saturday, the 14th we went on a fun family outing. We left early Saturday morning for Salt Lake. Our first stop was at a Denny's in downtown for breakfast with a girl Luke taught on his mission 10 years ago. Her name is Angela Charles. It was really neat visiting with her, especially for Luke, as he took a stroll down memory lane reminiscing about all the people he loved so much. After breakfast (it was noon by now! Without further ado, here are the billi...

Peacock Postings 2013: Chihiro- Part 2
http://peacockpostings.blogspot.com/2014/11/chihiro-part-2.html
Monday, November 24, 2014. July 25-26: Camping trip to Blue Lake. We were excited to take Chihiro camping. She said she camped with her family. but we weren't sure how rugged that had been. We kept trying to explain to her "No toilets." but worried she would be shocked and/or mortified. But nope, she handled it like a champ. She was the only one to catch a fish for a long time! Chihiro braided the girl's hair and accessorized with real flowers. July 28th- Fun day with the Japanese group. See, even the le...

Peacock Postings 2013: Adelia's FROZEN party
http://peacockpostings.blogspot.com/2014/11/adelias-frozen-party.html
Sunday, November 23, 2014. It was Adelia's first friend party and we went all out (for our standards! We may or may not have decorated for 3 solid days. but Luke was out of town so we had plenty of time to fill. The end result though was a pretty darn cute icy wonderland- perfect for a warm summer day-. The decor and games. Tianna dressed up like Anna. And of course, Adelia was Queen Elsa. We played "Do you wanna build a snowman? And had a snowball fight! Elsa, Olaf and Anna- the perfect team! Cameron an...
