http://afarmgirlandacityboy.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
A farmgirl and a cityboy. A blog about their life together. Wednesday, February 24, 2010. The other night I was melting butter for a recipe when I heard a small explosion in the microwave. This is what I found when I opened the door. I have never seen anything like this happen before. The hole was all the way through the cube! Note to self: melt butter in smaller chunks. Mixing the dough with my KitchenAid. Letting the dough rest after man handling it. Belated Valentine's Day post. Is coming this summer!

Jenny In Aussie Land: Small Town Kid
http://jennyinausslieland.blogspot.com/2011/03/small-town-kid.html
Jenny In Aussie Land. Friday, March 4, 2011. But, I did not grow up in a small town. Not even close. As of last year, the population of my hometown of Arlington, Texas was 380,000 people. I grew up in a place where shopping centers pop up overnight, and you sit in traffic from 3-7 pm everyday. High schools have 4,000 kids, and there is a Sonic on every corner. And I love it! Jenny In Aussie Land. Sunday, October 24, 2010. I used to really resent baseball. I used to really resent baseball. For years I hated being dragged to Little League batting practices and all day Saturday select tournaments. In fact, I thought it was a special brand of punishment that my dad and brother cooked up to torture me. My dad and I at a baseball game. One of my favorite ways to spend a summer night. After Birkley's first Texas Ranger game. Please notice her bow and shirt. As the World Series appr...

Jenny In Aussie Land: June 2010
http://jennyinausslieland.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Jenny In Aussie Land. Tuesday, June 22, 2010. Here is Deeper by the numbers:. Anne had a great idea that each person got a blessing box at the beginning of the weekend. Throughout our time together, we were supposed to write blessings or encouraging notes to each other. We didn't open or read them until we left on Sunday. When I got home after the retreat, I was unbelievably blessed by my sisters through reading their kind words. 33 hands of Nertz. 15 kilos of wood. Because we had a smaller group, everyo...

Jenny In Aussie Land: Did you know the Griswold's lived in Australia??
http://jennyinausslieland.blogspot.com/2010/12/did-you-know-griswolds-lived-in.html
Jenny In Aussie Land. Wednesday, December 8, 2010. Did you know the Griswold's lived in Australia? I can't believe that Christmas is two and half weeks away! And despite the 85 degree weather and tank tops, I am trying to get in the spirit. Last Saturday night, I put on my favorite Christmas movie, White Christmas, and did my favorite Christmas activity, put up my tree. The beauty of being a HIM worker is that you get lots. Of old baubles and colored lights, but I love it anyway. The leaning tree of Pisa.

A farmgirl and a cityboy: The opposite of word vomit
http://afarmgirlandacityboy.blogspot.com/2010/09/opposite-of-word-vomit.html
A farmgirl and a cityboy. A blog about their life together. Tuesday, September 14, 2010. The opposite of word vomit. Would that be dry mouth? Since I have been chastized, not once, not twice, but three times by family in the past three days about the blog I am back. To be honest, I haven't felt like blogging. We've had a lot of good things happen in the past two months. But I didn't feel like writing about it. A quick synopsis of two months. The in-laws came for a visit. September 14, 2010 at 6:36 PM.
