Sunday, May 29, 2011. A much needed get away! We just got back from a quick weekend trip to the valley. We went to the zoo, played in the pool and hung out with Nate and Jen. It was soooo nice to get away and be together. Daniel has been working a ton of hours, so it was nice to get away! Cam and Dax on the trampoline. Layne in the hammock. These pictures crack me up. The girls liked the zoo. I thought it was too hot, I guess I have turned in to a wimp! Layne LOVED the peacocks! Tuesday, May 3, 2011.

Sunday, August 28, 2011. Sherwood forest and Eagar Daze. It has been a busy, busy summer and I have done a horrible job of taking pictures! Here are a few pictures of some fun things we have been doing. We went up to Sherwood Forest for a biscuits and gravy cook out. MK and Camo on the merry-go-round. Layne eating in the 'tunnel'. Friday, December 9, 2011. Do I cry or do I laugh? Being a mom is, hands down the hardest/ most rewarding job ever. Some times I feel like crying.but it is a lot easier to laugh! Last week I was busy in the kitchen trying to get somethings done and I didn't have much time. The girls were playing and keeping themselves entertained. Perfect! Just what I needed! Then I decided to check on them . Seriously I wanted to cry. They had dumped out two garbage bags worth of packing peanuts! But do you see that face?

Taizlee Just loves to be on the table and the other day she was being just so silly up there dancing and singing and making silly faces so I got the camera out and snapped away. Her hair is a disaster if I don’t put it in ponytails or wet it. It’s just got so much natural curl that it looks so spastic and here is an example. Gotta love this face just so cute! Seriously, who puts their 8 year old alone on a flight from South Dakota to Colorado? But those summers were the best. The problem is, so far all of my kids' cousins live far away. It makes me sad.
