Monday, February 4, 2008. Several ideas and one about my trip to SLA hopefully by train is the subject of the wiki I started today. Looked through several wikis Libsuccess, Library Instruction Wiki and Librarian Sarah's Wiki one of our own librarians. Found some information about presenting at the Libsuccess which should prove helpful. Http:/ seattlesla.pbwiki.com/. Helpful as my middle school son was talking to me about wiki he had been reading. What a neat way to get out to Seattle!

A few years ago I used Yahoo Messenger to keep in touch with family on occassion but after a while I started getting inappropriate messages from strangers and that soured me on the whole thing. Setting up the AOL Express account went smoothly. I found three co-workers online and started messaging them right away. I found that trying to carry on three conversations at once was a bit much :) but it was a fun experience.
