This week has been all about grounding for me, connecting to the earth and the infinite knowledge and beauty that it provides. Spending a few quite moments each day, finding a way to let it all go, breath, and reboot. I refocus on how blessed I am in this life, and move forward with the day. I think my favorite practice was literally digging into the earth and returning some of the life that it has given me. The thanks is already being returned…. Life and Love Through a Lens. Friday, January 4, 2013. After the hectic Christmas it was nice knowing our present was a vacation! Zack really wanted to see the 49ers play and I really wanted to see my longtime friend Kelsey. I met Kelsey in the wilderness program I went to when I was 16. We were both troubled youth, haha, no, no, just awesome enough to go to Anasazi. :P Anyway, she moved to San Fran from Colorado a few years back and this trip was a perfect excuse to visit her.
