We decorated sugar cookie gingerbread men with ugly sweaters, had a sweater unraveling contest while listening to Weezer's "Sweater Song", and pigged out. It was a blast, but next year I need to find an uglier sweater because comments like "Oh, no fair! Your sweater is cute! And, "That is so not ugly! Cupcakes Take The Cake.

Monday night as we were filling the tub with water for Emmie's bath, Ammon and I went into the bedroom for a minute as Emmie was content playing with her bath toys on the bathroom floor. When we came back into the bathroom, not 2 minutes later, she had found her way into the tub fully dressed and even with a poopy diaper! It was amazing. She sure thought it was great and the pictures prove it.

Friday, May 20, 2011. Thank goodness for sisters. My sister, little brother, and dad on Easter. So the Paris trip never could have happened if my awesome sister hadn't volunteered to watch the boys. Anyone that knows my kids knows that this wasn't a light thing to ask of her. She was so awesome and the boys loved being with her. She came out a week early and we had a great time shopping, cooking, and going to the city. We love you aunt Heather! You are going to be a great mom. Allyson and Erick Kuhni.

Thursday, September 3, 2009. We went out to California last month to see my family. The guys took a rafting/fishing trip down the American River while the girls shopped and spent a couple of days in Tahoe. We had such a fun time. Thanks Mom and Dad. Walking around some fun fountains while a band played in the background. Ethan loves his Grandpa. Me working my brother in tennis. My parents surprised Anthony with a Spiderman slip-n-slide. Monday, June 6, 2011. Anthony loved going to preschool this year and we really had such great kids and moms involved. We got together for a big graduation party. The ceremony included the kids acting out a skit, telling about their favorite bugs (a banana slug), explaining what they want to be when they grow up (a ninja of course), and singing some songs. Okay, so sorry to post without pictures, I know how annoying that is, I really do, but unfortunately I am not smart or capable enough to figure out the new camera we got for Christmas (a family present that really belongs to Josias since the rest of us are technologically handicapped)!
