Tuesday, June 14, 2011. Tanner got home early from school so we went fishing. This spot it so easy to get to. Perfect for our little ones. The girls were very interested in the worms. I had to suck up my fear of the wiggly- squirmy little things and hold one. To show the girls that they don't hurt you. Taya still seemed a little unsure. However Paige LOVED them. Saturday, January 29, 2011. Taya is currently experiencing the Terrible 2's. Needless to say we don't get out much. However, tonight was a Miracle! We went out as a family for 3 hours with no meltdowns, tantrums or fits. It was amazing to go and have fun together. We went out to eat at Qdoba, (Tanner's favorite activity). Wednesday, December 29, 2010. Shabby Chic Wall Ruffles. I saw this cute. Over at http:/ www.bystephanielynn.com/. To do with crepe paper and a canvas. I used materials I already had around the house. I used a frame. I bought 2nd hand, it had ugly green fabric on it. I got out my trusty staple gun. And some left over canvas. I busted out my NEW sewing machine. And some left over burlap. From my fabric pile. Use your sewing machine to ruffle the fabric strips and hot glue on! Welcome to Cherie Chic Life.

Saturday, October 22, 2011. Happy 4th of July! Just a recap of our wonderful 4th of July this year. The girls and I got decked out in our red, white and blue,. Then we all went to get donuts and fireworks. After lunch we went to play at the aquatic center. And had a blast. Tanner and I each took turns going down the big slides. Paige's favorite part was walking. That night after some yummy watermelon and s'mores. We headed over to Pullman for the fireworks show at the park. Welcome to Cherie Chic Life.
