Annie and Russell Wall are very experienced publicans who have been successfully involved in the Licensed Trade for many years. They started with wine bars and went on to acquire several public houses. They took over The Cherry Tree, Yaxley in October 2015. The pub had a poor reputation and they spent the first year decorating, refurbishing and rebuilding its reputation. They are now in the happy situation where The Cherry Tree is back on its feet. There is now a warm cosy feeling about it offering a well kept cellar of real ale and keg beers and wines etc. More recently have reinstated the restaurant side of things having removed the Sub-post Office and shop facility.
