Satay Kajang（やきとり）の作り方. 私がすんでいたところは、satey kajangがたくさなります。 サテは小さく切った鶏肉を、ケチャップマニスや食塩、コリアンダーなどの香辛料で作ったタレに漬けこみ、串に刺して炭火でじっくり焼いたもの。 おおざっぱに言うと、satey kajangも日本のやきとりとほとんど同じだ。 小さく切った新鮮ターメリック（piece fresh turmeric）2.5糎. レモングラス葉柄（stalk lemon grass）１本. 炒り落花生（roasted peanuts）大さじ２杯. １、まず、鶏肉を一口サイズに切って、脇に置いておきましょう。 ２、つぎ、他の材料を加える前にコリアンダーと クミンと ターメリックと 落花生と 塩と さどう をひきます。 ３、それからながねぎはほそく切って、ながねぎと 桂皮粉と あぶら大さじ１杯を混ぜて下さい。 ５、串に刺して炭火で焼きます。グリルを使います。レモングラス葉柄であぶらを塗ります。 Posted by cheryl chew.
