Tuesday, 10 June 2014. 牛油芝士蛋糕 (蒸) Butter Cheese Cake (Steamed). 60g 车达芝士 Cheddar Cheese. 80g 忌廉芝士 Cream Cheese. 200g 自发面粉 Self Raising Flour. 1 将材料A隔水加热至全部融化,待凉。 Heat ingredients A using double boiler until dissolved, set aside. 2 将材料B搅拌至稍微浓稠, 加入 (1),拌匀。 Beat ingredients B until thick, add in (1), , mix well. 3 筛入材料C, 搅拌直无颗粒。 Sift in ingredients C and mix well. 4 将面糊装入蛋糕模,以中火蒸约10分钟或至熟。 Pour the batter into the cake molds, steam over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until cooked.

完成品脱模时边边有些没有沾到慕丝,我就补补一下,涂到不美就拿巧克力米遮丑,慕丝蛋糕形状也不圆哈哈哈. 心急切了一片给老公吃,一片自己跟两个小share,老公说好好吃,像吃冰淇淋. 我说冷藏不够久,要更加冷才好吃,切了一半分给家婆妈妈那里,其余的我又再冷藏. 12316;准备一个7寸圆形巧克力海绵蛋糕,横切开两片,修掉蛋糕边。 1)将奶油奶酪隔水加热软化,加入牛奶与细糖,搅拌至顺滑。 3)将蛋黄打发至颜色变浅,加入2里搅匀。 4)鱼胶粉加入冷水隔水煮溶,加入3里拌匀。放入冰箱冷却成浓稠状态,备用。 5)动物性鲜奶油打发至有纹路的状态。加入4里拌匀,既成巧克力慕思馅。 6)将一片蛋糕放入7寸圆模里,倒入一半的慕思馅,抹平。盖上第二片蛋糕,然后倒入剩余的慕思馅,抹平表面。放入冰箱冷藏四个小时后取出,洒一层可可粉在上面,脱模即可。 Soya Bean Longan Layer Cake. 去年的生日我是做蒸的蛋糕,今年我却能完成这Hello Kitty Layer Cake,真的好开心哦. 龙眼味蛋糕 ( 罐头龙眼一罐 ). 1。A材料全部放入锅,一起煮滚,要不停搅拌,一定要煮滚哦. 1 将材料A打至浓稠&#6...

台湾人火红的姜母茶红到大马来了,网上看到很多人卖,价钱有些都好高的,自己也跟风买了来喝,果然好喝极了. 桂圆 适量10粒( 切碎 ). 红枣 适量10粒( 切碎 ). 1。将老姜洗干净,然后连姜皮一起切成丁,也可以去皮. 3。炒到姜粒慢慢变成较深的颜色跟姜粒变干,加入桂圆红枣碎一起炒均匀 (记得不要炒到变焦). 4。然后马上加入红糖,拌煮翻炒均匀。 (一定要用小火,不然黑糖很容易焦). 4。当红糖慢慢溶化成糖浆,再一次的滚透后变成浓稠,就可以倒入模型中冷却 ( 如果要做成浆,滚后就可以取出 ). 5。趁姜母红糖还有余温的时候切块,待冷后就可收入玻璃瓶里,冷藏. 65288;千万不要等到完全冷后才来切,不然切不到). 6。要喝的时候,拿一块姜母黑糖用温水泡溶,就可以饮用了. 姜母茶能够治疗寒咳,曾经我咳到很厉害有喝它,喝了半夜没那么咳,不过我咳太久了,最后是吃燕窝才完全好. 姜母茶对女性也很好,能够治疗经痛,以前我是用姜,桂圆,红枣现煮现喝,有时懒惰就没煮,对坐月子的产妇也是很好哦. 订阅: 帖子 (Atom). 烘培之蒸 [ 蛋糕 ]. 免烤oreo cheese cake ( 有旦 ). 喜板 家公家...

材料:溶化牛油 180g、鸡蛋 4颗、幼糖 140g、低粉 120g、粟粉 40g。 做法:1. 幼糖加入鸡蛋内,高速打发至泛白。蛋液滴下不沉淀。过程大概6-8分钟左右。2. 粉类过筛几次后,筛入做法(1)里。3. 以刮刀轻轻的、仔细的拌匀。4. 再倒入溶化牛油并快手的切拌均匀。5. 倒入模子,8分满即可。6. 送入已预热烤箱,180度C,30分钟。(小蛋糕杯则25分钟). 腌料 :迷迭香 rosemary 4汤匙. 黑胡椒酱3大匙 sing long brand. 材料 :马铃薯3颗,红萝卜2条,洋葱2粒,白蘑菇5粒,番茄2粒,玉蜀黍1条. 调味料 :盐半茶匙,橄榄油1大匙,黑胡椒粒2大匙,白胡椒粉1小匙. 1。先把鸡腿洗干净,用牙签在鸡腿肉的前后上插10-20个洞洞,方便入味. 4。鸡腿肉和蔬菜铺放在已铺上锡纸的烤箱上 鸡腿肉皮向下,放入已预热的烤箱以220度40分钟后,翻另一面再烤30分钟. 6。如果喜欢有酱料伴着吃,可以煮个黑胡椒酱 用sing long brand. 父母兄弟姐妹的情,只有今生那么一次,因为你永远不知道下一刻会发生什么事情,也永远不知道有没有来世 所以要好好的珍惜他们 孝顺他们.

好几天没有动烤箱了,早上跟爸爸带宝宝上学,回来给浠浠睡觉,就看书做了这款小蛋糕. 书里的蛋糕没有这样深,我的颜色很深色,应该是饼干关系,这蛋糕好香好好吃哦. 3。将面糊倒入纸杯里,送入预热烤箱,以180度 23至28分钟至金黄色,即可. 表面烤到有点深,它不是焦哦,我看还没有上色就出去抱女儿,等它叮我才去看,颜色就深到这样,下次试看表面涂牛奶的. 烤了出来,老二看到说要吃,我就拿一粒来分给他们试吃,自己也尝看看,老二说好好吃哦,面包组织也很美哦. 鮮奶140cc (用冰箱的). 馅料:水煮鸡蛋 4粒 加 2 汤匙美乃滋. 1。把所有材料拌成团,再加入牛油拌成有弹性,光滑面团,盖好静置双倍大 3个小时. 3。将小面团轻压扁,把每分小面团包入馅料,然后排放在已涂油的烤盘上. 一直往烤炉前面看,还好发粉放的不是很多,饼干终于成功了,放错发粉的口感是酥酥带少许脆,这饼干好好吃我还会再做,下次放粉时我会看好好来了. 2。再加入杏仁粒,巧克力粒,面粉和苏打粉混合成团,再加巧克力米搓成团. 用油纸卷好成筒性,再弄三角形,圆形,四方形,存入冰箱冷藏至硬. 3天后的作品,算成功了,只是皮的部分洞洞不够,所以不够脆.
