I offer a free half hour session where we can discuss your hopes and expectations from counselling and I will explain how I work. Just as in life, you don’t ‘click’ with everyone. It could be that I may not be the right counsellor for you or that it may not be the right time for you, not that counselling isn’t right for you. The decision is yours on whether you wish to continue. If you choose to continue, I offer a 50 minute session. I do not ask you to commit to an amount of sessions.

How long is a counselling session? How often should I have counselling? It’s your choice. You may choose weekly, fortnightly or more. I offer flexibility and want you to feel empowered by choosing when is the right frequency for you. How many sessions will I need? Where do we meet? I have a private room in a commercial building that offers privacy, confidentiality and discretion. The room is bright and airy with rural views. There is free parking. What if I need to cancel?
