Various shenanigans taking place all over the world. Laquo; Bordeaux and Limoges. Because of my unexpected trip to Limoges, I decided that instead of spending 8 or 9 hours on a train to Nice, I would give myself a stopover in Toulouse. The next morning I had coffee with Kerryn and Chloé to say good bye because they were meant to be catching a train. So after a day of siteseeing, it was my greatest surprise to hear that they were back at the hostel! I ate dinner on the pebbly Nice beach, and walked around...

Everyone has been so kind to me while I have been travelling, families I don’t know have had me to stay and really treated me like part of their family which is lovely when you haven’t seen your own for so long. I really want to thank my family in London for being so welcoming and letting me stay for the foreseeable future (particularly when flights were cancelled! December 8, 2010.

Lovely to walk around or have coffee in the sun (or perhaps sample some nice Bordeaux wine! On Saturday we were planning on driving to Limoges, which is Laure’s hometown, and where her parents live. We did do that in the end, but with a one hour interval waiting for roadside assist because we accidentally locked the keys in the car! Feed You can leave a response.
