(well, to be honest everyday is about breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner at our house, but Sundays we usually do it up a bit more for breakfast.). Why not. I also was toying with the idea of making little egg baskets (hubby joked that Easter was long over) but thought I would give it a shot anyway. 1/4 c brown sugar. 1 1/4 t baking powder. 1/4 t baking soda. 1/2 c butter (cold - cold, cut in cubes).

I bought a large crate of peaches the week of Labor Day weekend, and guess what, they were ripe. :) So I needed to figure out something to do with those peaches and fast. To my surprise the salsa turned out to be the big hit! It is fantastic with pork and chicken but can also be eaten with just chips!
