Wednesday, April 15, 2009. Mourning Dove's are back! Once again, it is fun to watch the Mourning Dove's make their nests, lay their eggs and then watch the eggs hatch. This time they built there nest right next to our bedroom window. We wake up to their bird calls and noise every morning; it sounds great. I wonder if the birds will hatch before Francis. Ryan Lennberg (one of Bryce's high school friends) came to NYC on a business trip and he came to visit us while he was here. We went to Serendipity and got their Frozen Hot Chocolate. Yummy! The highlight for the boys was the physical conditioning area whey there had to run up and over steps as many times as possible in a minute. There was also an interesting section on mobsters, complete with actual weapons from famous villains like Al Capone. Watch your step or you'll be sleeping with the fishes! Bodies The Exhibit 10/03/11. Rachel and Ryan White. Saturday, October 8, 2011. The Bronx zoo is our favorite zoo! The exhibits are so well done. After the day there, we decided to get a year membership to come back and see the animals again! Especially since we only had 2 hours before closing. It takes a while to get to the bronx, especially if you miss your stop and ride the train to the end of the line then get off and get back on the other direction:). Monday, October 3, 2011.

We got there around 10 am, and only eaten a light breakfast. But while going through the museum, we were having so much fun that we didn't even stop to eat, and they had to kick us out at 5 o'clock. This was a terrific display that required thousands and thousands of painstaking hours to recreate buildings from across the city with leaves, flowers and sticks! Check out Yankee Stadium.
