One can find most anything at the markets. One of the pleasures of life in the Vaucluse is the abundance of fresh food sold at open air markets. Each town has a market day with its own flair. The most convenient is of course L'Isle sur la Sorgue, which is directly out the front door of Le Bijou on Sundays and Thursdays. Following is a short list of nearby towns with markets, but there are more in the area as well. Tuesday - Gordes and Fontaine de Vaucluse. Wednesday - St. Rémy de Provence.

From Marseilles, 65km south, take the A-7 autoroute north (direction Lyon); the exit toward L'Isle sur la Sorgue is well marked. Avignon is 25 km west of L'Isle sur la Sorgue. Take the N-7 south toward Cavaillon and then the D938 toward L Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. There is a bus service from the TGV station in Avignon. Check the schedule as it changes frequently. The drop off point is 100m from the apartment. Note that there is a map on the "Home Page".
