I loved the tip of stepping back while the vinegar cooked, the scent of hot vinegar really is very strong and irritating. I found this dish very good, but the sauce really made the dish. I don’t use a lot of sugar and had none at home so I substituted with honey. I did take the side note suggestion of the cranberries instead of the raisins also. I made this recipe with my adaptation of cooking the salmon! I poached the salmon and then added the remaining ingredients. It was very flavorful.
