Wednesday, October 27, 2010. The Projects Are Coming! For the project that I am currently leading, there is one major upcoming event. It is on November 6, and is the day of the actual clean-up. To be prepared for this, I must stop by the store to get some refreshments and snacks. I must also constantly remind all the volunteers so they don't forget about the project. Projects, Projects, and more Projects! Thursday, October 21, 2010. Gives animals a better living environment. The weather may be bad. Stude...

AHS Leader: January 2011
http://ahsleader.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 23, 2011. I helped with Jennifer's Sophomore/Freshman get-together. I helped by making flyers, putting flyers up in the school, and I supplied some things for the party itself. At the party, I brought the movies, cookies, and popcorn. We watched the movie. Sunday, January 2, 2011. After Helping the Librarians. Operation Christmas Child Review. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Monday, May 16, 2011. Milestone #1 Reflection Operation Bookkeeper! This goal was extremely hard to meet. I had a ton of people cancel last minute, which made me have to find previous volunteers who already had their background checks done. I was also able to turn in the forms for new volunteers. AHS Leader: March 2011
http://ahsleader.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 29, 2011. There shouldn't be many challenges while working on this project. One of the hardest things will be helping the volunteers find the library itself. Last time, some members had trouble finding the library, which caused them to be about ten minutes late. With better directions, this shouldn't be a problem this time. The other milestone will be on April 2, when we go to the library and help. This project needs about five to six people total, and I have already found these people....

AHS Leader: December 2010
http://ahsleader.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 16, 2010. Lead Project Proposal #2. We all go to the library and see the librarians working extremely hard for our benefit. Why not help them with their jobs? This is what I would like to do for my second leadership project. I see it as a way of giving back to those who work for our benefit. Need all forms from volunteers. Turn forms into Library for processing. Arrive at library at designated times. Complete given tasks and training. Arrive at library at given time. Overall, this will...

AHS Leader: SUCCESS!!! Post-Project Reflection
http://ahsleader.blogspot.com/2011/06/success-post-project-reflection.html
Saturday, June 18, 2011. This project went well, but not as well as I wanted it to. In terms of work, we did better than last time, but as a group, we faced many problems. When everything was done, I felt happy with the end result and how well the project went. A couple of things went wrong during this project. One was that some of the people didn't show up! Friday, June 17, 2011. Milestone #1 (Alpaca This! I was successful with meeting this milestone goal. I was able to get all people to commit to my project and I was also able to give them the paperwork necessary to participate in the project. I am now prepared for this Saturday when they come to volunteer. I must remind the people to return with the necessary paperwork or else they won't be able to work.
