Have you heard about Jazzercise? In fayetteville it's on the corner of Sycamore and College. It's a franchise. I love it! You all should try it for 1 week free if you haven't already. i go 4 days a week after work from 5.45 to 6.45. it's really addicting. it's like i crave going there. it's a great workout and the leader, melinda is really enthusiastic.
