This was a while ago, but one weekend, hillary and i got to painting fingernails. we do this quite often [especially toe nails. i love painted toe nails]. well, she had seen on Pinterest. Someone who had painted their nails like tennis shoes and wanted to try it. You'll need to be extra steady with the nail polish for this, but its pretty cute. For a girl who LOVES cupcakes and. Texas sheet cake I couldn't resist! You can find the original recipe here. Texas Sheet Cake Cupcakes. 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Place 24 cupcake liners into muffin tins. Nice and moist :]. 4 tablespoons cocoa powder.
