On 28 April 2011 a change of accounting reference data was filed, shortening the accounting period by 1 day to 30 July 2010. This pushed the filing deadline back to 28 July 2011. On 25 July 2011 the accounting period was shortened again by 1 day to 29 July 2010. These accounts are now due to be filed by 29 October 2011.

Freshly ground black pepper. 1 cup red wine. 8 ounces mushrooms, brushed clean, large ones cut in half. 1/2 cup strong beef. 1 can diced tomatoes. 1 tsp dried basil. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1 small bay leaf, broken in half. 4 sprigs fresh thyme. After that, rub lamb.
