Dena and her family spent most of 2014 traveling through India, Nepal, and Thailand. Dena has written a book about their journey, and you can follow the books road to publication at denamoes.com. Sacred Ways Homebirth Empowering Journey for Mother, Gentle Beginning for Baby. Services Dena Moes provides caring and professional care throughout the childbearing cycle. Dena provides two to three home visits during the baby's first week of life. She provides support to the new parents, and well-baby care to the newborn. She sees the family again at two weeks and six weeks postpartum. Dena offers annual exams, pap smears, and some family planning services. Not enrolling clients at this time.

My services have been provided in accordance with the Midwifery Model of Care. This model of care includes:. Monitoring the physical, psychological, and social well-being of the mother throughout the childbearing cycle. Individualized education, counseling, and prenatal care, and continuous assistance during labor and birth, and postpartum support.
