Sunday, March 10, 2013. Elder Mortensen with a heavy load of groceries to deliver to someone in Linstead. Enjoying ourselves on a bamboo rafting trip down the Rio Grande near Port Antonio. Sugar Cane harvest near Kingston. They burn the fields then they cut it with machete and stack it by hand. Elder Mortensen says It was money well spent. They are very small but SO delicious. This pig just crossed the highway in front of us. You never know what you are going to see on the road in Jamaica.
