Funding report from Gnana Deepam Matriculation School. Child link have been supporting our work here for a number of years. This has been a huge blessing to the work here and enabled us to help a large number of children. The new infrastructure has allowed us to improve facilities for day and boarding school children, and for us to begin to provide higher secondary education here (A level equivalent). The following is a basic breakdown of how Child-Link money has been spent:. Dining hall for school hostel.

Girls Education in India. Girls from poor, rural Indian families are not always given the same educational opportunities as their male siblings. Despite the Indian constitution encouraging equal opportunity for boys and girls, poverty often dictates that sons will be adequately educated but daughters will not. Child-Link is seeking to redress the balance in one Southern Indian community by specifically funding girls through the Gnana Deepam Matriculation School in the state of Tamil Nadu.

What a fabulous day.the sun's shining - and some of us from church went out onto the streets of Chelmsford this morning, to give out free bottles of water with a 'Message on a Bottle'. It's amazing isn't it - that people just don't expect to be given something for free! They ask. Quite simply, there is no catch! We just like to give things out for free and bless people! We gave out 800 bottles in 40 minutes - pretty good going I'd say! If you're into football - enjoy today's game!
