And, by a lot, I mean, a lot of books! We have a double book case full of books just for the kids. The number of books we have is a little absurd. It is especially absurd, because the kids know the story line of almost every book on the shelf, except for the new ones they just got for their birthdays! Guess she's never really wondered.

Really, any celebration is more for them than me anyway, but who's paying attention? Last year, I had to make my own cake because the kids wanted birthday cake, and who else was going to make it? The kids had an Easter egg hunt and got some candy, with lots of other things, like stampers, mini balls, etc. We, obviously, like our candy around here, but I like the kids to enjoy getting other things, like books, as well.
